Regenerasi Kepemimpinan Rohaniwan dalam Lingkungan Sinode Gereja Kristus: Dinamika, Hambatan, dan Model Regenerasi Kontekstual

Penelitian ini mengkaji regenerasi kepemimpinan rohaniwan dalam lingkungan Sinode Gereja Kristus dengan menelaah pemahaman, praktik, hambatan, dan kebutuhan pengembangan model regenerasi yang kontekstual. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan kajian literatur terhadap rohaniwan serta awam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pergeseran orientasi kepemimpinan dari pola hierarkis menuju model yang lebih relasional, partisipatif, dan memberdayakan, terutama melalui metafora coach dan pemandu perjalanan. Namun, regenerasi belum terinstitusionalisasi secara optimal akibat subjektivitas seleksi, ketidakjelasan tahapan program, lemahnya prioritas struktural, serta perbedaan persepsi mengenai pengaruh budaya Tionghoa. Penelitian menegaskan perlunya teologi regenerasi yang kontekstual, mentoring, seleksi objektif dan kolektif, pendelegasian bertahap, serta rekontekstualisasi nilai budaya berdasarkan prinsip Injil untuk mendukung keberlanjutan kepemimpinan lintas generasi.
