Komparasi Literasi Digital Pemuda Pedesaan dan Perkotaan di Negara Berkembang: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Dalam era digital, literasi digital menjadi keterampilan penting bagi pemuda, terutama di negara berkembang. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan pemahaman literasi digital di antara pemuda di daerah pedesaan dan perkotaan. Atas dasar tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan akses dan penerapan literasi digital antara pemuda di pedesaan dan perkotaan di negara berkembang, dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat aksesibilitas, pemahaman, dan penggunaan literasi digital di kalangan pemuda. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, metode systematica literature review menggunakan basis data Scopus/Elsevier tahun publikasi 2020-2024 yang ditelusuri dengan 3 kombinasi kata kunci dan akhirnya empat belas artikel dimasukkan dalam kumpulan data. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa ada komparasi geografis akses literasi digital pemuda pedesaan dan perkotaan, tantangan dan peluang literasi digital pemuda pedesaan dan perkotaan di negara berkembang, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi digital pemuda pedesaan dan perkotaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengatasi kesenjangan literasi digital antara pemuda di daerah pedesaan dan perkotaan di negara berkembang. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini meliputi pengembangan infrastruktur digital tanpa batasan geografis, kebijakan inklusif literasi digital, program pendidikan dan pelatihan, kolaborasi multi-sektoral, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi.
